I prefer painting portraits from life as I can gather an idea of the personnality of the sitter but if we cannot meet, I will do it from a photograph. Prices start at £400 and vary depending on medium used and size of finished painting. For example, an oil portrait of 24" x 30" can be done in just about 4-5 sittings for £950 - US$1,400
