Bonjour !
I love to do custom orders, in fact I find the challenge of bespoke very exciting! If you have an idea in mind for your own jewellery design, or you would like a different color, stone, precious metal, please just ask : )

DELIVERIES
Deliveries take 2-5 days within the UK for items in stock and up to 15-25 business days around the world, at present. An upgrade to a faster courrier smight be possible, pleased do get in touch.
Fabrication time for custom orders varies.

PAYMENT
I accept payment via PayPal and bank transfer.

All payments should be made by the end of 7 days. Please email me if there will be a problem or delay for any reason.

OWNERSHIP
The jewellery remains my property until payment has been made in full.
I retain copyright and licencing rights of every pieces of jewellery I make.

WHOLESALE
I accept Wholesale inquiries which can be directed to me.

INSURANCE
I do offer insurance at an extra cost.
Insurance is not manditory, as I have chosen to keep the shipping costs lower. Insurance is up to the buyer, just let me know what you'd like!

RETURNS and REFUNDS
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, (unless custom orders, see below) I will refund your payment excluding all postage and packing charges.
You will need to send the item back to me in its original condition for a refund within 7 days of receiving the jewellery.
Please ensure you use an adequate method of postage, packaging and compensation for the value of the item being returned, and obtain a proof of posting.

I do not refund for returns that are lost in the post, you will have to claim from the postal service yourself if this ever occurs.

CUSTOM ORDERS
I do not refund custom orders, items lost by the post office or items damaged by the post office.

If you have any questions about a specific work please ask! I guarantee each item for 3 months and can also change the length of the piece, or the nature of the gemstones, pearls, beads etc., whenever possible to fit your desires.

I own full copyright of any work produced and reserve the right to repeat a similar design.

Postage and payment policy

POSTAGE AND PACKING
I ship worldwide.
All stock items are securely packaged, ready to offer as a gift and shipped within 5-7 business days (unless custom order) of receiving payment when in stock, using Royal Mail. (https://www.royalmail.com)
If you need it sooner, or recorded please contact me
CUSTOM orders need about 10-21 working days to make and hallmark item :)

Please allow extra days for weekends and bank holidays. If there is a delay for any other reason I will inform you.

I always obtain Proof of postage.
